Digital Product Refund Policy

Wholesale Launch Lab products are digital products delivered electronically. Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable files after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital products.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, or if you receive an incorrect or defective file, please contact us at info@wholesalelaunchlab.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide replacement access to the purchased files.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
